METHODS OF TREATMENT
The data provided by the user are processed at the registered office of the Owner and are managed only by employees and collaborators of the Owner itself, as data processors within the scope of the tasks assigned to them. In the processing of personal data USATOCOMENUOVO S.R.L. guarantees absolute compliance with D. Lgs. n. 196/2003 and the principles of correctness, lawfulness, transparency, security and confidentiality of data. In this sense, in the event that the requested service is managed by third parties, these too will be the data controllers exclusively for the purposes necessary to provide the requested service. Personal data are also processed with the aid of automated tools for the time strictly necessary to achieve the purposes for which they are collected and also subsequently for the fulfilment of legal requirements. The data provided by users/visitors who forward contact requests and/or requests for information material are used solely for the purpose of performing the service or provision requested. Specific security measures are observed to prevent the loss of data, illicit or incorrect use and unauthorised access. Without prejudice to the communications and disclosures made in order to comply with legal obligations, by way of example, it should be noted that the data may be disclosed to: public authorities, public administrations or supervisory bodies; business information companies; companies responsible for carrying out market surveys; third party companies with which USATOCOMENUOVO S.R.L. collaborates to provide services and ancillary products; professionals who carry out specific tasks on behalf of USATOCOMENUOVO S.R.L.. Any communication and dissemination of data, however processed, will be related to the performance of the economic activity of our company. In relation to the processing of personal data, the data subject has the right, pursuant to Article 7 (Right of access to personal data and other rights) of the Privacy Code:

  1. The data subject has the right to obtain confirmation of the existence or non-existence of personal data concerning him/her, even if not yet recorded, and its communication in intelligible form.
  2. The person concerned has the right to be informed:
    (a) the origin of the personal data;
    (b) the purposes and methods of processing;
    (c) the logic applied in the event of processing carried out with the aid of electronic instruments;
    (d) the identification details of the holder, the persons responsible and the representative designated pursuant to Article 5(2);
    e) the subjects or categories of subjects to whom the personal data may be communicated or who may become aware of them in their capacity as designated representative in the territory of the State, as managers or appointees.
  3. The data subject has the right to obtain:
    (a) the updating, rectification or, where interested therein, the integration of data;
    b) the deletion, transformation into anonymous form or blocking of data processed in breach of the law, including data whose storage is not necessary in relation to the purposes for which the data were collected or subsequently processed;
    c) certification that the operations referred to in points a) and b) have been brought to the attention, also as regards their content, of those to whom the data have been communicated or disseminated, unless this proves impossible or involves a manifestly disproportionate effort compared to the right protected.
  4. The data subject has the right to object, in whole or in part:
    a) for legitimate reasons to process personal data concerning him/her, even if pertinent to the purpose of collection;
